What is planned for the PS5 version?

KRAFTON says the PS5 version is being adapted for a console environment rather than copied directly from the PC build. The May 2026 developer update describes work in these areas:

  • Optimizing cities and autonomous Zoi behavior for fixed PS5 hardware.
  • Reworking controls, interface flow, and screen presentation for DualSense and TV play.
  • Planning controller button remapping and console keyboard-and-mouse input.
  • Improving the Canvas experience on PS5.
  • Trying to keep the PS5 content update schedule as close to the PC version as possible.

These are development plans, not a final launch feature list. Features may change before release or be clarified closer to launch.

DualSense and input support

The current PlayStation Store listing states that DualSense vibration is supported. KRAFTON also says it is redesigning the control experience around the controller and plans to support button remapping.

Keyboard-and-mouse input is also planned for the console version. The developer update does not say whether every interface or gameplay action will support it, so full compatibility should not be assumed yet.

Console optimization and interface

KRAFTON says it is optimizing the PS5 build around the console's fixed hardware, including how cities run and how autonomous Zois behave. The team is also reviewing text, navigation, and control flow for players sitting farther from a television than a typical PC monitor.

No official frame-rate target, resolution target, PS5 Pro enhancement, or performance mode has been announced.

PC and PS5 update timing

The developer team says it wants to minimize the gap between PC and PS5 content updates. It has not promised simultaneous updates, cross-save support, or complete feature parity at launch.

Treat those items as unconfirmed until KRAFTON publishes platform-specific details.

Will there be a PS5 beta?

A large public console beta is unlikely based on the current official update. KRAFTON explained that large-scale public testing on console would be difficult and that the PS5 build must also pass Sony's certification process.

This does not rule out every kind of test, but no public PS5 beta, signup page, or test date has been announced.

How to wishlist inZOI on PS5

  1. Open the official inZOI PlayStation Store page.
  2. Sign in to your PlayStation account.
  3. Select Add to Wishlist.

Wishlisting is currently the official way to follow the store listing. It is not a preorder and does not guarantee access to a beta.

What has not been announced?

As of this page's verification date, official sources have not confirmed:

  • An exact release day or month.
  • Price, editions, preorder timing, or preorder bonuses.
  • Resolution, frame rate, performance modes, or PS5 Pro features.
  • Mod support, cross-save, or cross-platform play.
  • A PS4 version or an Xbox release.
  • The final launch feature list or exact PC-to-PS5 update delay.

Listings and development plans can change, so check the dated sources rather than treating third-party store placeholders or rumors as release information.
